Return Period
Customers must contact PIGAL’s Customer Service within 14 days of receiving the item to request a return.
Once the return is approved, the item must be shipped back to us within a reasonable timeframe.
Refunds
A full refund will be issued for products returned in accordance with this policy.
Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected by our warehouse team to ensure it meets all return conditions.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If the received item is defective or if the issue was caused by our error, the return shipping costs will be covered by PIGAL.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item has not been used or worn
- The item has not been altered, repaired, or tailored
- The item is in its original condition
- All original tags and labels are attached and intact
- The item is not damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Items that have been altered, repaired, or tailored
- Items that have been used or worn
- Items missing original tags or labels
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please contact our Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide clear photos.
After review and approval, we will offer either a full refund or an exchange — based on your preference.
