How is the order processed?
At PIGAL, each suit is prepared individually to ensure the best fit and availability.
Here’s how the process works:
- Choose the suit you want on our website.
- Submit your measurements through the form provided on the product page.
- Once we receive your request, our team will personally check availability in our studio and warehouse to confirm that the suit is in stock and reserved exclusively for you.
- We will also review your measurements to determine whether tailoring adjustments can be made according to the details you provided.
- Within 24 hours, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know:That your suit is available and reserved for youThat your measurements are approved for tailoring
- After you approve and complete the payment, we will begin preparing and adjusting the suit based on your measurements before shipping.
This process ensures that every suit is personally verified, accurately matched to your measurements, and reserved only after approval — giving you a tailored experience before you even pay.
Can I order items that appear on Instagram or TikTok but are not listed on the website?
Yes. Some items showcased on our social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) may not yet be available on the website. If you are interested in a specific item you saw, simply send us a screenshot or link via WhatsApp or customer service, and we will check availability, sizing, and pricing for you.
Do you offer bulk or group orders?
Yes. We accept bulk and group orders such as weddings (groom + groomsmen), business teams, and special events. To coordinate sizing and availability, please contact our customer service team and we’ll handle the full process.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Yes. Some of our items are limited collections, while others may return to stock. If a product you want is sold out, you can contact our customer service to check future restock dates or to be added to a priority notification list.
Are alterations available after purchase?
Yes, alterations can be done at our stores.
Please note: once alterations or tailoring are performed, the suit becomes non-returnable.
Do the items include all accessories shown in the photos?
No. Accessories depend on the product category.
Suits include matching jacket and pants. Additional accessories (chains, belts, clips, pocket squares, etc.) are styling elements used for photos and are not included unless specifically stated in the product description.
What alterations can be done to the suit?
For any questions regarding tailoring or adjustments, you can contact our customer service. We will guide you on what alterations can be done to ensure the suit fits you perfectly.
