Our Commitment
We want you to be completely satisfied with your PIGAL suit. If the fit or style isn't exactly what you expected, we are here to help you with a return or exchange.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for your items.
Return Shipping & Fees:
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any associated customs duties.
- A $25.00 restocking fee applies to all returns for a refund.
- The restocking fee is waived if you choose to receive Store Credit instead of a refund.
Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- With all original tags and the PIGAL Logo Pin attached.
- Returned in its original premium packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality control, the following are considered Final Sale:
- Accessories (Ties, Bowties, Pocket Squares).
- Pins and Jewelry.
- Customized or altered garments.
Exchanges
We offer one size exchange per order. While you cover the shipping to return the original item, we will ship the replacement size back to you at no additional shipping charge.
