 Eligibility

 Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Pricing or typographical errors

  • Payment authorization issues

  • Product availability limitations

If an order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

Pricing Errors

We strive to ensure accurate pricing and product information. However, in the event of an error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at an incorrect price.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be unworn

  • The item must be in original condition

  • All original tags must be attached

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been worn or used

  • Items altered or modified (including tailoring changes)

  • Accessories

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.

Return shipping costs are covered by PIGAL, provided the return complies with this policy.

Manufacturing Defects

We provide a limited warranty for manufacturing defects only.

Examples of covered defects include:

  • Stitching defects under normal use

  • Faulty zippers upon delivery

  • Buttons that detach under regular wear

  • Fabric defects identified immediately upon receipt

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse

  • Improper care or cleaning

  • Alterations made after purchase

We reserve the right to determine whether a defect qualifies under this limited warranty.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship internationally. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

PIGAL is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Customs processing delays

  • Import duties or taxes

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

 Digital Imagery and Product Representation

Certain visuals on our website may include digitally generated models or enhanced imagery used for presentation purposes.

While we strive for accurate representation, slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or production differences.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PIGAL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

In any case, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, branding, logos, designs, and digital assets, is the property of PIGAL Industries Ltd. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Israel.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this page.
