Our Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your PIGAL suit. If the fit isn't perfect, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
International return shipping and any associated customs duties or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as PIGAL is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Size Exchanges
To ensure you get the perfect fit, we offer one size exchange per order. While you cover the shipping cost to return the original item to us, we will ship the replacement size back to you at no additional shipping charge.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality control reasons, the following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Accessories (Ties, Bowties, Pocket Squares)
Pins and Jewelry
Customized or Altered garments
Condition of Returnable Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
With all original tags and the PIGAL Logo Pin attached
Returned in its original packaging
Restocking Fee
A $25.00 restocking fee applies to all returns for a full refund. This fee is waived if you choose to receive Store Credit for your return.
